These endpoints aren't deployed to production and are proxied server-side (they aren't CORS-exposed). Requests currently target DEV — https://public-arena.dev.goosicorn.dev.

Opt-state Force a player FRESH, OPTED_IN or OPTED_OUT. Prizes Mint a prize for a session, or re-award yesterday. Races Create a race, browse the look-ahead, re-finalize.
